Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on December 27, 2021, found that Global Health and Home Care Services, Inc. had corrected their deficiencies and was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey conducted on November 15, 2021.
